Is this a legit number?

asking for bdo documents , di ako sure kung legit itong email nila dahil hindi nagsesend ang email ko sa knila na documents na pinasa ko.

Hindi ako sure if legit, hindi ko rin mahanap sa website ang email na pinapansendan nila ng email. Weird lang kasi nag send nako before and is it necessary na magtanong ulit?

They ask me for bdo verification pin that they send to my gmail

I received a call from them, asking personal information, they also request  some documents to email at creditcardverification@bdo.com.ph

The same concern. This number called me for verification daw. But not sure if it is legit. Baka scammer? Hopefully not 'cause I gave my personal details since I have pending CC application with BDO.

(02) 532 29870 that number called me today asking my personal info to verify my credit card application in BDO. I'm not sure if it's background check or scammer. They asked for my full name, address, contact number and if I'm renting or not.
