Here in Australia, I keep getting calls from 0267943262 which my phone tells me is a local Moree, NSW Australia number. I never answer it, and it goes to my voicemail, where they leave a roughly 30-second silent message. So I hide my caller ID and call the number back. A girl from the Phillippines (LONG phone delay) answers: "Impact Financial Services" (their website seems to be impactfs.com.au). I say "sorry I've dialled the wrong number", and before I hang up she rushes to say "have you received a call from us?" Then she hangs up. Avoid!
