Called Wednesday morning. Dropped after 3 rings

Why potential fraud is reflected as caller.

I got to answer the call but no response from the other line.

Called me this morning answered it, then the caller ended it right after.

No msg was left so this number is now blocked.

Got a cal from this number, dropped after 3 rings, was flagged (by hiya) as potential fraud.

Called me this morning but no one answered and hanged up

When I answered, he claimed  thay he is from Citibank and  doing a service  call. When I said that I do not entertain random number caller, he hung with out saying anything.

same, no response when answered then immediately drop the call

The caller said, "Good morning. May I speak with Mr. (my first name)?" So, I said, "This is he." Then he dropped the call.

Called 12:49PM Saturday. Call droped after few rings.

I just got a call today and the person introduced herself as Edralyn Lantawan or something, claiming to do a service call and started asking about my current bill and how I plan to settle it etc etc, I got an unauthorized transaction on my card a couple of days ago so I reported it to Citi and was told that they'll replace it, when I asked her if I can settle my bill using the old CC number, she seemed to have lost interest in the call and dropped it instantly. Very suspicious.
