Ring me today for 10secs in the morning. Called me at lunch time, I answered and it's just silent for 5secs. Then, they hanged up. Blocking this number.

Based on prior posts, I think you are either a shill or have been scammed. I would not trust calls from this number. I seriously doubt you were called by Citibank.

Got the same call I actually left it there on and it’s been at for 25 mins. I don’t have a debt and the number they are calling is my corporate phone.

person (if there is really one) on the other end never talks when I answer the number. calls me a couple of times a day. it is annoying especially when I am concentrated at work.
