This number always making misscall to my number amd it seems transmitting a program to manage your phone... Ive lost 2 facebook account already

How d'you know it's from CTB? I had the same experience. They'll call, when you pick it up, they'll hang up. Total waste of time!

She Call me and send she is from Citi bank

One time, may nakausap akong agent after I waited for a few seconds for someone to answer, I asked her about this 'caller' na hindi sumasagot previously. She said na meron silang automated calling system. It calls the customer, then if may sumagot, it's then routed to telemarketer who represents the bank (in my case, it was Citibank also).  I'm not sure if it's just Citibank or if several banks use this automated calling system.

They are agents offering loans from citibank. Maybe they have problem with the connection. Most of the time the call dropped sometimes an angent speaking from the other line.

Citibank po yan. If you submitted your CC application, they will call you with that number
