Nag-aalok ng Metrobank credit card

Dont accept random calls and click links from emails from people pretending to be bank staff. There are so many fraudsters nowadays doing all their best to get your personal info.

Calling on Metro Bank to police your ranks especially in the credit card department. A handful of your employees might be engaged in illegal activities. Please monitor. I have received several calls from both celphone numbers I provided to the bank and received calls from people who introduce themselves as bank staff and tries to get card credit card number. Beware, these are scammers and likely obtained your phone numbers from credit card companies connected to your bank or the bank that issued your credit card.

Metrobank caller. Not sure if scam (sounds like)... Turned down whatever offer the guy has since I'm not interested.

may tumawag sakin kani-kanina lang tapos di ko sinagot kasi nasa work ako. then sinearch ko yung phone number, dito ko dinala tas ayon. dati may tumawag din ang sabi nag ooffer sila ng free credit card dahil naka "promo" daw eh di ako interesado tas pinipilit padin ako tas sabi ko meron po akong cc which is sa bpi galing pero di ko ginamit or pina-activate dahil wala naman ako bibilhin online payment via cc.

tinawagan husband ko, from metrobank daw sila, offered credit card, ask for my husband’s bday, i think scammer sila kaya nagagalit ako sa husband ko coz he gave personal info, this number must be reported to NTC

Called me today as well. Not only this number but a few local mobile numbers as well. Most times never kong sinasagot cause may hunch ako na baka scam nga. Good thing I searched this and nakita ko yung ibang several threads din about dito.

Same here iba ibang nber ang gamit nila for calling tawag ng tawag at akala ko staff talaga ng metrobnk kaso alam nila details ko tapos may sinasabing cc protect daw like insurance na free mag agree daw ako haha like duhhh

I understand the job of a telemarketer. Pero, bakit ang dami nila?
May dalawa na ako nakausap from other numbers. Pinagbigyan ko pa yung una at nakinig ako sa offer.  3rd telemarketer in a month is too much.

This number just miscalled me. Apparently, a number of ppl claiming they are from Metrobank called me for a period of time and offered credit cards. I listened to them one time, declined and did not answer subsequent callers.I suspected that they are most likely scam because I never expressed interest on the staff of my branch regarding credit cards since I am already a postgraduate student.

I looked upon this number on google and led me to this. Seems like too good to be true.

Test or "Ghost call" ata to. Sinagot ko nung unang tawag nila thinking na baka eto ung local # ng dhl express dito sa pinas at may ine.expect kase akong package - pero walang sumagot sa other end. then tawag ng tawag kaya auto block agad.

May instances pa na may tumawag din sakin the past few months about sa AXA credit card promotion dahil sa metrobank affiliate daw ako. Ilang beses kong tinuturndown dahil laging nangungulit to the point na nairita na ko while on call sa kanila.

Auto decline nyo na agad unless may expected call kayo like me.

Why would they need to make a "test call" and what makes you think that a ghost can dial a phone number?
