Called me asking how my experience was with their site recently (?) I told hrr I did not access their site recently.

She said ok, in any case, maybe I'd like to convert my recent transaction to installament. And I said what recent transaction? And she proceeded to ask me how many supplementary cards I have with Citibank so she can help me. (Why ask me a security question when they're the ones who called me?) I asked her why she is calling after office hours and she shouldn't be asking questions such as that.

Spread out over 5 pages there are 94 posts. Happy reading because I would bet that you answer is in there somewhere. Of course you could always call that bank at their official phone number to find out. Wonder which choice you will pick?
