there is guy steve jordan who has first scamed(taken) $458 from my sister for the lifetime service.which is not there...
and on the name of trust he has taken $150 and said to send it to india.on the name of sukhwinder ajmani..
this is a scam....the all are really [***]..ashholes... - jannel replies to nearly a victimI had exactly the same experience yesterday and then today someone else tried the same thing. I was on the computer but refused to go to the final degree of signing up so he then became realy annoyed. I put the phone down but that is the second time he has phoned in two months. I also live in Queensland.
The man today also tried to validate himself and then said he was from a large company so he did not know everybody???!!!
I am pleased to see it is a scam as I suspected although he was quite plausible for a while. - Current InvestigationsThese guys called me and as I used to do some tech support I challenged him about how would he know what my PC was doing. I said you are either breaking the law or being unethical (poor example for India's credibility), anyway he got really flustered and hung up. I regret that because then I got an angry one calling me straight back telling me what he was going to do to my family (jokes on him I don't have one). Anyway turns out ACCC are on them as is www.scamwatch.gov.au
Unfortunately they have preyed on my unwitting elderly mother and scammed $230 bucks out of her. we will report this to credit card company, that gives the scammers a big headache - VISA take national/international fraud seriously.

- Got me| 2 repliesYep,
Was having trouble with these guys and fell for it. They took $115 and god knows how much personal info of my computer. Cancelled c'cards, changed details etc but pretty embarrased. Should have seen the writting on the wall. Hope the authorities take them to the cleaners!!- Caller: microsystemtech
- Sharon replies to Got me| 1 replyYes I have been done too. Will cancel credit cards etc but as they have got into our computer can anyone suggest what else I need to do to protect ourselves. Worried about what other details they may have got.
- Nan replies to SharonGet your computer checked locally, they will be able to find and remove any spyware/malware which these jokers installed. The scammers could have got hold of any passwords you use for online shopping etc so these need to be changed along eith anything else you do online. Its worth remembering for the future that The Director of Security for Microsoft has stated on a BBC1 programme, "You've been Scammed", that neither Microsoft, nor its partners would ever cold call you. It would be a breach of their privacy rules.

- targeted consumerThey have been calling and hanging up. Called from 206-452-0661, a Seattle number but said they were from a company in Utah. Then the guy I spoke with "Kenny" said upon questioning that he was actually in another country.
Same deal as above, said I had dangerous malware on my system and also said they knew I was an MS Windows user. They said they were aligned with the "Windows Service Center". I questioned him a lot, he gave me to his "supervisor" and basically once they could no longer answer my questions, they just hung up.
They were going to charge me to connect to my system and clean up this purported malware.
Fat chance.- Caller: Micro Tech Solutions
- James TraffordJust to confirm, that this scam is alive and running. Had exactly the same claims as above with the event Log and all these errors. I almost made payment, but i think my bank blocked it. Thank goodness!! Ali Arshad is the name they wanted me to send a payment to in Kolkata. They sent me a email demanding Payment. His name is Charlie Roberts at Microsystemtech. They wanted between 175 to 300 Pounds payment for 7 Years or Lifetime Protection. They did exactly the same with the run command to show this information or errors. Will call my bank today to get some more info about it. But watch out, they are dangerous

- Miffed MissRose Doson is the name of the woman from MicroSystemTech, tenacious and seductive. These folks are VERY slick and know how to insinuate themselves, now using women to hook suckers. Originally had a call from a guy, some weeks ago, and when he told me my computer had a virus I told him I'd never heard such a complete load of crap and hung up. Two weeks later, the women started calling. I recommend that you simply disconnect when you see their phone number on your caller i.d. There is absolutely no point in trying to argue with them.

- RitaWARNING. This happened 28/01/2014, it seems they are still at it, i cant believe they entertained me for an hour on the phone and let them remote control my laptop for a few minutes. I have erased everything I believe was dangerous
it is just hard to get over it. Indian accent, two people, first a lady then this guy.

- Tim HoIt seems they are still at it in 2017 ...[In NE Florida USA]. I received a call on cell phone from Indian sounding male first with "Data xxx of CiberCrime xxx" who eventually claimed to be from "The Department of Justice". Ran the same pitch. He told me my gmail address (scary), claims to have the serial number of a HP laptop I just updated with [alleged] new AdAware and WebRoot software. Claiming call back tx: 800.244.1139 saying "a hacker got inside" the machine, has the IP address and is re-routing my internet activity, that "we are the only people who can help you". Scary
