1) If you tell them not to call you, they have to stop calling.

2) Just because you're on the DNCR does not mean Westpac (or any company) cannot call you. If you have an existing business relationship (ie: if you bank with them) they are legally allowed to call you.

3) They get your private number because at some point YOU gave it to the company who is calling you. They didn't just guess it!

4) They are not allowed to leave messages as per corporate policy.

5) If you are so annoyed by the calls every day, pick it up and tell them to stop calling you. Super easy solution!

I sincerely hope that the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Blueprint Management Group which incorporates Customcall and Financial Advice Centre receives these bullsh*t calls as well - to truly experience what we are all going through!

I have also been on the Do Not Call register for at least 5 months and yet today, I have just recieved another call from this number.

I will be making a formal complaint through ACMA now

getting these calls and simular numbers, just the three ending numbers usually differ

Please email   dncradmin@blueprintmg.com.au and request that your number be removed from their lists as suggested by the previous post from the CEO. I did and received an email the following day with an appology. Have not had a call from the said numbers since.

This number keeps calling me everyday... they can't leave a message as I don't have an answering machine.. They have been doing it for a while. This is kind of getting creepy now.

I get calls twice a day- one just then at 2.30 and the other at 8.30pm
from 8023 0165 , 8023 0153- how can i block them from calling

Frequently calling my mobile. I never answer, but it's rediculous how many calls I get a day.

Just recieved a call from 02 8023 0451 , and its been ringing my number on a regular basis, which is a PRIVATE NUMBER.

I just got a missed call from this number, I rang back and it was the "Financial Advice Centre" - bloody telemarketer.
