    I keep receiving a call from 02 80946116 and the automatic dialler keeps hanging up, this has happened several times and I have requested my number being removed on the 1300 number it keeps asking me to call.

    But still have not removed, so I have lodged a complaint to the DO NOT CALL REGISTER..

    please do the same they need to be stopped

    I am getting repeated calls to my mobile from 02 8094 5817.  I do not know them.  I do not want to know them. They leave a message saying they are Avon Direct or something similar and an insurance broker will contact me - better not!!

    I had this number call continuously for 2 week during business hours so I always missed it when I called back I got a machine n told to call the 1300 number so I did today n surprisingly the lady was very polite and nice n only asked for my phone number to take off the list not my name or anything else so hopefully I don't get another call :)

    I have been getting these calls for the last 2 weeks aswell I think it's because of a link in Facebook on when they think you will die, not only that 20 emails a day for all sorts of other crap.

    I called them today after receiving weeks and weeks of missed calls, no voicemails left and hang ups upon answering - yeah they are a telemarketing firm. Call them and get them to block your number. Such a joke.

    Well, thank goodness I google phone numbers!

    I thought it was suss that I had two missed calls yesterday, and four today! (Two within the space of a minute!!)
    I ticked the box saying that I did not want to hear about marketing offers etc.

    first of all I was very disgruntled by the phone calls as my house literally gets BOMBED by marketing,surveying all sorts of anything calls. But I spoke to the lady on the phone (who was very polite) and I declined the offer for some type of accident cover . About 6months later I got another call... I was very angry as I'd been offered and declined before, she explained that to be permanently removed you need to request "the do not call list as such' (with her). And she gave me the customer service number that you can call if you haven't spoken to anyone directly (although i did ) the number is 1300131103 I noticed this number  matches with the pamphlet they send to your house address. She stated that the agency has no link to your account details and such? I assume they have our names and addresses? If your upset about the privacy concern I suggest you take it up with the bank who share the information ?

    Hey, I have just gone through my phone and they have rung 21 times over the past three weeks. I reject their calls or let it ring out, I'm sick of them calling. Stupid tele marketers!!

    I have received a total of 12 calls from 03 99823707. I spoke to them once, informing I was at work and couldn't speak. They kept ringing me, one day I received 4 missed calls. I didn't answer them and no message was left. Today I decided to ring the 03 number and see what it was all about. Didn't get through to a person, only a recording telling me to call 1300305515. I got through to the person. They told me they were on behalf of the Commonwealth Bank regarding a letter I received and it was a follow up call. What letter, I do not know. I told them I wasn't interested and to take me all off their call list. Hopefully it will work. Then they went on to say it may take a while for the request to be processed, for me to be taken off the list and if I receive any calls in the next day to disregard them. Well I certainly will be. Very annoying indeed!

    This is aegon direct insurance 1300 305 515 confirmed.
    They are with commonwealth bank confirmed.
    I called commonwealth bank and made a complaint (after hearing recordings for like 5min)
    Spoke to a supervisor and got asked my name and date of birth and my number.
    Operator (supervisor) gave me her name and reference number to remove my profile from aegon.
    I told her what i thought about giving my details to a third party company and that this was harassment and if it didn't stop I'd take it further to fair trading or other government agencies...accusing for breach of privacy and for giving my personal details to a company unknown to me for marketing purposes!
    Lets see what happens now...but definitely commonwealth bank has the blame!
    Never trust the banks.
