I think it could the same number attached to someone who called me as they said from 'Florida,USA' re an online survey and 'a trip to Florida' ...I hung up on him.This morning ,Sunday, 7.30am !!!  I get a call from a woman from Florida using an unregistered number ...I told her off.She said she will call later!

Can these people access the phone comps numbers ????

It's a scammer. I phoned Telstra. If they call the number will start 1800.... This grp are not affiliated with Telstra. They call ask about a service. "How is ADSL?" they eventually get you to prove you are the account holder. They even offered a refund and wanted me to go online and enter a bank number. BEWARE!

I logged a home line fault today, and 10mins after I did that I received 3 missed calls to my mobile phone, form this number, I called back and indeed it was Telstra faults.

This is Telstra Pre paid customer care. They are legit. I have taken 3 calls from it and they di a damn fine job of fixing my issue...even if it was 3 months after I requested help. lol

It is definitely Telstra.  Had issues with my internet this morning so called them on 137663. They called me back with additional info, so call was helpful.

Definitely not a scam. It is Telstra and they are doing a magnificent job trying to rectify the problems caused by the recent downfall that's currently affecting over 2000 customers in one of the suburbs of Townsville.

It is a Telstra support number . So get it right. Apart from which no-one on this number would make so many calls to one number. It would be in response to the customer's contact with Telstra, and then if you missed the call they would not keep calling.

Caller claims to be from Telstra.  Telstra says that they do not call customers, they wait for customers to call them!
The same for calls from 0011976 000 claiming to be from Telstra

I missed  a call from this number :
02 8302 6100 . Call came in at 7: 21pm on a Saturday. When I rang the number I heard music. I am thinking it's the Telstra complaints or Vodafone complaints call centre - or private call centre that works for these companies. I am currently having internet quality issues with these providers. I  aware that they share the same technical call centre provider.

0283026100 is actually on of the the Telstra Outsourced number. Whenever an outsourced department calls into Australia it shows up as 0283026100.

In this case 0283026100 is the department in the Philipines. The company name is Teleproformance

This call identified itself as representing St George Bank. A foriegn accent proceeded to ask identification questions that I did not oblige. Instead, persisting on why they would be calling. I was cut short and informed that I could take my complaint to a my local branch. I don't have a complaint....hmmm!
