Who owns this number? I've read the comments but I'm not sure of the answers.

If I had to make a guess it would be the phone carrier. They then rent the numbers out to people who pay their bill every month. Now on top of that we have caller id spoofing. So really, if the number can be spoofed would you really know who was calling if you knew who the phone carrier assigned it to?

got this missed call on my phone, very annoying, especially when I am waiting for important calls related to work

Huwag nyo po sasagutin with "Yes", "Oo" or any affirmations. Always start your answer with "Hello, sino po sila?"

Pwede po gamitin ang boses ninyo for phishing.

katatawag rin sakin ngayon pero nka spam sa phone ko kya nag silent, pag wala kyong kilalang phone number pedeng maging hacker yan dami p nman nagkalat ngayon. Pede rin e verify sa pldt yan ibang telephone companies.
