04/24/21 I also got a call from an indian guy. After i hung up my order was cancelled. I ordered again from the same shop and no problem or cancellation occurred. I guess the indian guy is a scammer from food panda. 😬

me too i expericenced when i ordered milktea and later on it was cancelled no refund has been made beacause they told me that transction was succesful

I also got a call last night but I did not answer it and then my order was cancelled. Fortunately, my payment was refunded.

i received a call from this number just now after i order thru food panda.. good thing i didnt answer it and checked it first luckily found this page.. anyway i received my order and paid for it successfully but it was quiet suspicios so i checked my FP app and found out that my order was cancelled im not sure if its the rider's modus but i reported it already to food panda's customer support.

I know what happened, the caller is from Food Panda.
They called me because the rider that sent food to me, said I didn't show up but in fact I had already received and paid for the food. The rider was trying to put the blame on me and keep the cash to himself.
Please report to Food Panda if you encounter this.

This is a valid call from Food Panda. They would confirm if you want to wait for the food because it's gonna be delayed. Perhaps if you don't answer, they automatically cancel the order since you didn't confirm if you're willing to wait or not.
