- SUEI had this weird lady named Maria contacted me asking me to pass her number on to my friend that she needs to speak 2 WTF???
Her no. is 02 88207815 - Bill replies to MaryIm sure this rule applies to all the corporate defaults were creditors receive .25 in the dollar or .40 in the dollar. It would be lovely if these rules applied to consumer debt, how about credit corp take my offer of .50 in the dollar? Its very rich, excuse the pun, to be toting the moral high ground when examples abound around us of the rules applying to some and not others.
- AnnonI received a call today froma Yasmeen 0288208754 trying to track down a family member of mine. Called my work whilst I was on my 4th day - very embarrassing. She said she had been through my facebook looking for people with the same name as my brother so she could track him down. She said it was a legal private matter and could not disclose any information to me.
I asked her not to call again- Caller: she would not say

- Ex-Debt Collector| 1 replyI have worked in the debt collecting industry and ill tell what happens behind the scenes. I also have a debt and John from credit Corp called my brother to tell him to call him. Now it didn't really surprise me that he managed to get my brothers number without me giving it to him because I know how he would have got it. Debt collectors go to the extreme of searching u on Facebook, google, white pages, rp data (a search engine that can search owners of houses) etc. So what John from credit Corp did was he searched me on Facebook, found me, saw my profile pic with my brother, saw my brother's name on a tag and then when on to investigate him. He eventually found my brothers number, called him, asked him questions about me like 'does he work?' , 'what does he do?' etc. The whole aim was to dig information about me so he can use it against me. He did not say where he us calling from cuz that would be a breach of my privacy. That's what debt collectors do when you go M.I.A.

I don't know why all you parasites think you're better than everybody else and that you don't have to pay back your debt. How about this; if you don't want debt collectors calling up your friends and family looking for you, maybe you should pay your bills in the first place. If you go and get a credit card, or a personal loan, or a car loan, and then refuse to pay it back; YOU'RE A THIEF! Pay your bills and if you're in legitimate hardship, maybe call back the recovery agencies, give them your details and they'll be happy to work with you. Don't complain when this stuff happens to you, you brought it all upon yourself. - bringthepain replies to I love Credit Corpyes you couldnt of said it any better. i love customers when they are getting money , they are so happy and ful of cheer , but ask for it back and your the maggot, really look in the mirror .
you wal around in the the best name brand gear , wake up whenever you want and dont stress about nothing , but then you get calls from agencies asking for the money YOU spent on a car , luxury items or a holiday and you tell us off.
there should be a island for these type of people and on a monthly basis is should be wiped out , yes so what the debt collection job would decrease , but the world would be a better place.
and the next maggot i see going off for getting money for nothing i am going to [***] slap like ive never [***] slapped before . - max powerMax Power, that's the man who's name you'd love to touch,
but you musn't touch!
That name sounds good in your ear, but when you say it,
you musn't fear.
'Cause that name could be said by anyone! - perfect strangersSometimes the world looks perfect,
Nothing to rearrange.
Sometimes you just, get a feeling
Like you need some kind of change.
No matter what the odds are this time,
Nothing's going to stand in my way.
This flame in my heart,
And a long lost friend
Gives every dark street a light at the end.
Standing tall, on the wings of my dream.
Rise and fall, on the wings of my dream.
The rain and thunder
The wind and haze
I'm bound for better days.
It's my life and my dream,
Nothing's going to stop me now.- Caller: nyc

- Johnny replies to Ex-Debt CollectorYou know why I dont pay my debt... I didnt even know my electricity was still running, I now have a debt for this which I would GLADLY pay, however I know no matter what, even if I pay, its on my credit history for 5 years as "settlled" which still stuffs up my credit history. Australia need to change this. there is no point in me paying to "save my credit history" when its already down the drain due to the listing being on my record. I will just wait out the 5 years and then the debt will dissapear.
If im wrong, All the high school drop out debt collectors please tell me otherwise. - Laws replies to I love Credit CorpI don't know why some people assume you're a "thief" if you refuse to pay creditcorp after a bank sells off/ writes down a debt & claims the tax reward. Banks usually still make money off these transitions, and this is all factored into their business models- no one can win em all. The truth is though, not paying creditcorp is actually far less immoral than not keeping up with regular payments to your bank, whom the original agreement was with*. So your Morality was lost as soon as you stopped paying the bank, and the debt was sold to a collector, the game is now over for the bank. So your debt is now left with someone who you never signed a contact/ agreement with, and who often can't even produce the original signed contract between you and the bank they purchased the debt off. So paying the debt to a collector doesn't earn you any morality points back, and shouldn't make you feel good either- since the bank who you signed the agreement with won't receive any of what your now paying back. If you deny the debt, deny the oblation to pay it, and show up in court with a well presented case, then the odds are in your favour. Most of these cases that go to the courts receive default judgements since no one turns up, however when you start trying to fight company's like credit crop they'll often back down, because they don't have all the proper paper work necessary - it's also not in there normal procedures to fight a case in court, they just shoot for the default judgement. Creditcrop are company that makes money off bad/ unrecoverable debts, if it wasn't for people like you not paying your debt in the first place, then they would cease to exist :)
- BBI had a Vizay call my sister at her workplace (found on Facebook) asking for my husbands number. She told her that she had already called my mum and her ex-husband (by name) asking for the same information (which my mum said never happened). IF we have an outstanding debt, I am happy to pay it but I am unaware as I have received no notification that one exists! This Vizay was very pushy towards my sister, scaring her, lying to her unnecessarily. Why would she not call me - his wife? Or him directly? What on earth has it got to do with my sister? Extremely dodgy business practices!
