I answered ghis number today. Inyroduced as calling from my 'service provider' unnamed, with a loyalty offer.

Got a call from this number while i was on the phone to Optus trying to fix service / coverage difficulties. Not sure if it was the tech team testing the line or just my deets being sold on to sales people.

I just called them too and they said exactly the same thing!

They call me twice a day and when I answer they don't say anything then about 2 seconds later they hang up!!!!!

Receiving 3+ calls from this number per day, I have a private number and also on the DNCR and the pain in the butts still call multiple times a day, it is getting rather annoying

This is Optus customer service. They were just checking to make sure I got my new phone/sim card.

They have tried to call my mobile four times I did not answer knowing it was Optus trying to sell me something now my home phone is ringing.
