I just had the same .. I wasn't by my phone so I missed the call but I don't know who it was that was trying to call me.

They told me that they are from Vodafone. As soon as they ask for pin no. I hung up.

when I answered there were two beeps and then a man with an accsent said hello. I hung up at this point

I didn't pick up the phone. I learnt to google the numbers I don't recognise before I pick up the phone.

This number rang, connected then didn't speak. Blocked.

I got call from same number. He was trying to upgrade my plan. Just hung up. Then i call vodafone to verify. They said this number is not fake they actually call from the company. I am confused.

Claiming they are fro. vodafone and has been saying they need some details for the plan they are offering. I answeres rhe phone just to waste her time coz im bored. Scam.

It's Vodafone...its a legit call. Trying to upgrade existing mobile phone plans.

I don’t know this number. Its been calling me twice.

I got daily calls from this number even on Saturday. My Vodaphone Samsung Galaxy  note 20 ultra seems smart enough to show this number as a potential scam. Also it does not ring long enough for the note 20 to transfer the call to my other phone. I do not think Vodaphone would use this number and allow their service to show up as scam from a phone I bought from them. Screen your calls.......

Your phone carrier is transmitting that information. Your phone is not that smart although it may be smarter than some people.
