Missed call. I did not call back.

Crank call from O.S. foreigner.??? Never speak with these callers.

I answered call at 6am. I am on holidays in UK. Caller said he was from Vodafone, how was I etc. Wanted to talk about my phone service (I use Vodafone). Told him I was overseas and it was very early in the morning. He apologised, said he would re-schedule the call and hung up. Not sure if kosher or not.

I received this phone call and he said from Vodafone, he said my plan wasn’t have anyone, I need to update to new plan with higher rate.
