- Downloading the anydesk, anydesk plugin, avg on my phone.

Scam call do not pick up

They said my internet is being used by more than 16 people and doing fraudulent activity. some indian guy was speaking.

Rang me three times in one day. I just let it ring out all three times they didn’t leave a message. The number they rang I only gave to a handful of people. Last time I answered a few months ago it was Amazon they said they would take $90 of out of my account every month unless I pay to cancel membership but I never joined to begin with. It’s a scam ignore this number

Definitely a scam, they said they were from eBay informing me that someone had spent $299.99 on a gift card using my account. Do not talk to them.

Just  called me and hang up

Received several calls with automated message advising Prime Amazon are going to bill a yearly subscription at $99 and to hit 1 to terminate subscription - spoke to Lady and told her I have cancelled my subscriptions on the Prime Amazon website and removed my card details from the wallet and she said that still won't work and need to send her info to cancel - I questioned her as to how that could be possible and she terminated call. Scam callers with Indian or subcontinent accents!

Called at 1120 hours 24 May 2022, said they were from the CBA Bank, asked to speak to account holder, am I speaking to M......., I said yes........ then they hung up. China and Russia are busy these days with cyber crime!

You left out india, pakistan, and the philippines.

I got this same message just now and just hung up after it told me I was going to be direct debited for this same amount. It went through the press 1 etc but I just hung up expecting it to be a scam. I'll block the number also.

Has an automated messaging saying $299.99 would be debited out of my account.
seems like a scam as per the above.
What made me answer is it looked like a Sydney number ....
