This is not officially Dodo - it is however TPG, and the company was sold out and have been bought by the same enterprise. I believe this absolutely a scammer acting as a dodo agent from the TPG lines (Primus).  The line from this number is always scratchy and has background noise and they are compromising your id in the pretense of being dodo support.  This is not a dodo number and when you speak to dodo on 13 Dodo (13 36 36) or 02 8375 3629, the line is clear, and they ask much different questions for security purposes. I don't doubt the hierarchy of dodo are involved in this scam, as my modem has been logged into and changed even after I changed the modem password and IP4 credentials.  I have since gone in and completely changed the admin management log in and password, the IP4 log in with a password and changed the modem password and set the firewall to high and have not allowed for a range of IP addresses to be used.  This seems to have worked; however, Dodo Support have still not been able to contact me with a fix and the last message received from them (that I know was theirs) said they are starting an investigation.  Today I received an email with a support reply, that was from a different support line than normal and then also received the message left from this dodgy 0291335400 number and the line was extremely distorted and crackling and most certainly did not sound official.  Every company is a thief and every company associated with Vocus Group have a scamming and hacking component attached in the same function of the message and the caller and the number the phone from is not official from the company.  I have the same problem with Vodafone trying to do the same hacking scam and they are owned to the same company that also ties to Macquarie Bank and Linkt whom I have also been scammed from and actually lost money.  Vocus Group ties all these businesses together and owned my Macquarie Infrastructure.  I was able to retrieve $1300 back from disputes through Linkt taking my money from 2 different bank accounts for accounts that were not even in my name - Both ING and Bankwest returned my money, however, Macquarie did not, even though I have it in writing from Linkt that it was not my account name and they do believe I was scammed and the other 2 banks also approved the dispute.  Why do you think everyone states 'why are we still paying tolls for highways that would have been paid for 10x over by now'...because of the massive scam attached to it.  Clearly this scamming hacking loop is much bigger than any of to stop so we just have to get it out to everyone to be extremely vigilant when dealing with this massive national and international scam run between companies mostly of heads out of Singapore.  Take a good search and investigation for yourself and you will see the links.  Sadly, this power is too big for any of us as individuals to stop as when you have major owners and heads of these companies and government cyber-crime and police officials involved, they will not and refuse to investigate and help and pass it off as 'unable to determine hacking crimes' and so they all get a piece of the pie whilst they lead you on opposite paths of the truth and try to make out your 'crazy'.  I know my perceptions and I see this truth, I just know that I can't do anything to stop it, so I just have to keep learning and investigating on the ways to avoid it happening.  Really, the only true answer is just completely going off the grid and not having NBN, mobile phones or online banking.
