Received 23/4/2013 at 11:15AM, did not answer the call as 9999 is known as voip numbers used for scam and international telemarketers. Do not ever answer these calls and as always ensure your voicemail (if you have it) never says your name as that is making their job a lot easier to sell your name along with your number.

they sent my mother an account (made to look like a telecom bill) saying she owed $57 for something she never asked for nor received.
As she is elderly I wonder if these people target an age group ?

I have listed call type as Telemarketer but as I wasn't there I am relying on Mums info.

someone calls, i answer, there is silence. I say hello a few times. After 15 seconds the caller hangs up. Happens 1-2 times per week. Will have to get cops to trace it.
