Recorded msg about government grant for boiler, loft insulation etc. From a network that unable to transmit numbers so foreign call centre scam - again!!!!

Annoying this one.noone is responding in all this

I got a call from 0310... I picked up... All I could hear was a sound when you call someone. Kindly tell me who is 0310

Calling me again and again i pick up the Call but i can hear a ringtone ...no response

Someone called me too, its strange, i called back but it was unable to connect but then i gotta callback from the number and when answered, a Chinese recoreded line and then start beeping

I think someone is trying to take away my call me again n again from 0310 ...for some bad reasons hacking, blackmailing etc
