This number mybe not/yes belonging to cimb. but i think it is more to debt collector (3rd party) which is cimb hire another company to keep contact or remind their client who have outstanding payment. For those who dont have any relate with cimb, maybe the 3rd party company (debt collector) use your data to promote or what ever i don't know what their intention. If u notice it, they keep calling using different number at the last 4 digit.
