This looks like a phishing scam. Call your agent to see if the company has been trying to contact you for any reason.

Received twice calls today, a Chinese guy who speaks in Bahasa said he's from AIA. Asked me to verify 4 digit IC number, then asked me to read 16 digit debit. Looks suspicious, I said how should i know you are from AIA? He asked to check online on the phone number, eventually i stumble on this thread.

Just received call from this number. She said call from AIA too. wanted to explain about my policy. Asking for 4-digit ic number or DOB. Then, i told her im not free to talk right now

received call today, yup as expected katanya from aia. asked me to confirm my dob and 4 last digit of card. accidentally confirmed the data. but immediately transferred out all my money upon stumbling this website. should i block the card or how gdi

I got a call from this number an actual payment issue i had. they asked to verify by providing last 4 digits of IC. i asked them to call me back and let me verify number first. Checked with my agent and this seems to be a scam.

this number call me at 18th September 2023 ，she said they are from aia and want my last 4 ic number。i say i not convenient, she then ask my birthday, i shared , then she said i have a due date on my AIA policy, then she want my credit card details which i say it is definitely a no because got hacked previously, then she hang up the call. Please beware guys! AIA will not ask for your 14 number credit card.

I suspect that it was simply an abandoned call.

Received a call that told me the first attempt payment failed... and asking my last 4 digits IC for verification. I suspect she may ask me for the new credit card number if I have it. So... beware.

call from AIA, said got auto payment not successful issue on the policy. Ask for last 4 digit I/C number and birth date also. If all these info given, means they get your full IC details. Never give them. If got auto deduct payment issue, usually AIA will just send SMS to inform or send official letter to our registered address. So it is spam.

I called AiA Cs they confirm that this number is correct, usually they will call to update if there’s a problem with auto debit, change new card, card expiry etc if any of you feel uncomfortable with can update it yourself using their Apps , Hope this helped
