i also thought this one fraud call, but after finished all the conversation and i answer all they asking about..i double confirm with HSBC Customer Service - 1300-88-1388.. luckily i got the caller name and the staff number for that girl previously, then CS told me that one offered for lucky customer and they confirmed that girl was HSBC staff. SO THAT ONE NOT THE FRAUD CALL...

i just wanna shared with u guy's out there... please listen to them first..they just do their job.. but we must aware with the fraud call also.. do remember.. always ask for their STAFF No.(8digits).. let listen first and don't judge that person instantly ya! thanks...

Also got several calls from this number. Even if it is genuinely HSBCs, they dont have to call customers to promote their financial products. Its there in the website. A simple sms to alert customers to check out the webpage is probably enough. Calling customers to offer products can be taken as harrasment to some... including me.

Got abt 4 calls from this number within 2 days but I didn't bother answering.

I got a call from this number also. they offered me personal loan 8k. with interest of 11% per year. luckyly i'm in the middle of needing cash.

i choose to pay within 3 years and when i calculate, the amount that i lost to pay them is around 2k only compare to load offered by damn bank rakyat agent: i apply loan 45k and to pay in 8yrs, they pandai2 change to 14 years and pay them back 85k.

now when i check my hsbc account, i got the fund!

I received this call yesterday.

He claimed himself from HSBC, informed me that my creadit card is free from subcription fees for lifetime, and ask if I want to purchase any saving package....

p/s: YES, it's pretty weird if the HSBC staff called and speak Mandarin!

I got a call from this number today 30 April 12.10pm. She said from HSBC and force me to take the personal loan. I said no then she speak with no manners. I felt angry and ask for her name, then she put down the phone. I very upset with this type of marketing technique especially from famous HSBC bank.

like others, received this call from HSBC. the conversation similar to blueair..."the saving package". i did as suggested by Aim_Aitch @ Hazir...listen first. the man is quite polite...and i got him at the end. my conclusion form that call is...HSBC now selling AIA insurance !!!

i agree with Owan.. i got dozens and dozens of missed call from this number and it's kinda.. irritating..

I received the call 2 times per month, the caller also just kept quiet...
Please make a complain to HSBC service centre department.

I checked and confirmed that this number is from HSBC telemarketing department. And the funny thing is - they have been calling my number from these numbers: 03-20502592; 03-20548400; 03-20549200; 03-20599000; 03-26881200

Not only are they desperate, they are super fraking annoying!

I received the call 5 times or more only this month..all i ignored!

i got 3 calls for this no. but i didn't asnwer the calls....and would never answer the calls...
