Received the call saying it is from Ibu Pejabat Pos Kontingen (IPK). They told me I got a letter from high court failed to send over to my address. It sounds weird.

It is a number from IPK KL branch, that might have been tapped by conman to make prank calls. If he said he's an Inspector and you are a suspect involve in some crime, please request his details (ID, branch and units) and call to IPK KL for verification. Don't fall prey to this scam.

1st is a call from POS malaysia then I got another exactly same call fro IPK which I believed it's a scam call  after I called to the head office of POS Malaysia and they said they wouldn't make this kinda call and tell you where is the letter delivered from. She strongly believe it's a scam call n they have been received a few feed back from customers.

Yup 1st i rec'd a call from 'Pos Malaysia' then 'somebody' from IPK KL called me (by the name of Inspector Lee)
I hang up.
This is definitely some scam..don't fall for it.

Scam Flow :
First : Automated Voice Message from Pos Malaysia
Second : Pos Malaysia advising there was a letter from High Court was sent twice to premise, now have been returned to sender. Sender will call us to confirm.
Third : IPK Rep Inspector Yong calls, asking if we are a part of a money laundering syndicate. "Records your statement" and will inform you a follow up call will be made by Bank Negara.
Fourth : Bank Negara calls and ask details of your banking activities. Confronted them here. They hung up.

i just received a similar from POS (2727 9100) that this Malay lady gave me a rujukan no. saying there is a letter from Makhmah Tinggi. She said she would connect me to IPK who will call me and ask me for rujukan no. 5 min later, someone from IPK KL by the name of Inspector Johnson Ang (ID: RS00146) with the phone number 2146 0522. He asked for the rujukan no. and said there was a returned letter from Pos which's from High Court for money laundering activity last year. The letter asked me to be present at the High Court to give statement.  I hung up immediately as not sure if what these people want from me...

received call from Pos Malaysia saying that I have letter from court that I didn't collect. Then after that received call from IPK KL saying that I involved in money scam and suppose to attend a trial. I hang up the call as the caller sound weird and trying to threaten me. This is definitely a prank call..

Received a call from a lady through the caller id +1(300) 300-300 claims that I have a registered letter from IPK KL that fails to deliver.

When I ask what should I do, she told me I need to verify myself by providing full name and IC number and I did so. Then she gave me a reference number and tell me officer from IPK KL will call me to explain the issue.

I wrote down the number and put on my desk then receive a call from the number +60 3 2146 0522 ask for my reference number from Pos Malaysia. I was just happened to be out for lunch, so I say I'll call back later, he tell me to look for Mr Wong.

When I got back to office I called that number, it's not a fake caller id, I pressed call back on my phone, a police officer picked up the phone, when I ask for Mr Wong and explained that I got a call from Pos Malaysia and so forth, he told me this is a scam case.

Will go make a police report later, just for in case.

Received call claiming to be from Pos Malaysia, claims that letter unable to be deliver and gave me a reference number saying that someone will follow up with me later. He knows my identity card number, mobile phone number and home address.

Got 2nd call from someone claiming to be from KL police and his name is Micheal Lee, which seems strange as that is Chinese name yet the person sounds like a malay accent. I ask him what is problem, he says you tell me, you are the one making report, i replied, no, you are the one who call me. He say he will check and call back.

I googled this site, when he call back, i said, hey you dont call me anymore, i know you are scammer. He hung up even before i finish my sentence.

who's the owner of 014 329 5987? called me and when i called back off the phone? why got hidden agenda or what? anyone out there knew?

I received call from this number +60 3 2146 0522, initially the guy speak Malay and told me he is Sarjen from IPK from D4, he able to tell me my full name and ic number. Then I question what is about and he start to speak Chinese and I ask again who he is he say Sarjen Lim.

He asked me 2 names whether I know them but I forgotten the name and I ask him who are you and from where he say he is from IPK. Then I ask him what is IPK and what do you sell repeated a few times then he hang my phone. He sounded like a young guy.

I suspect this is a scam call, pls beware don't fall to it!!!

Unknown caller

He called  my mom and claim  that simebody have scanmed  my streamyx  account . So I have to pay for 1k++ in order to get my internet  which he claimed  the streamyx  will shut it later.
Totally terrible . He said he is the IPK Jalan  hang tuah. Fake ID,  scam call!  Be alert!
