    Pagi tadi, suami saya terima call dari AEON Bank tel no.: 03-20262991 nameny Shoran menyatanya suami saya minta incrase limit kadny tidak dilulus dan bagitahunya bahawa dia sudah pakai kadnya sebanyak 9k, suami saya bagitahu bahawa dia tidak pernah apply kad dari bank tersebut dan orang itu pun bagi 1 tel. no. 03-27727300 "Pusat Pengurusan Kad Palsu" utk bagikan  maklumat utk membeku kad tersebut.
    Akhirnya suami saya pun call Bank Negara dan mendapati nomber yang dia bagi tu adalah palsu. Dia pun pergi lapor polis.

    SO BEWARE, 诈骗集团。

    Luckily, my brother called AEON to confirm. They told him it's a scam.

    This morning i received a call from Jason Khor, with Tel No. 03-20267949 ext : 192, saying it's regarding my request for credit limit increase for AEON credit card. I said I never have AEON card. And he said their record shown my name has been used to apply card at 6 Apr and card approved 27 Apr and been swap RM9550 in Singapore Sentosa on 10 May.
    He can spell my name and IC no. correctly. He said it's a AEON master gold card, credit limit RM10K, applied at Kota Bharu branch and applicant address is 430, Lorong 3, Taman Cempaka, 15400 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
    He told me that my identity was used by other, and requested me to call Pusat Pengurusan Kad Palsu, Bank Negara (03-27727300) to make a report and request for investigation. I ask him fax me all the details but he rejected, he say he tell me thru the phone and ask me to note down all the particulars (Credit Card No. & Contact No.)
    I called the real BNM no and tell them the story, and they told me it's a scam! And many people call them everyday asking about this, and the BNM give me the AEON card center no. and i call up the customer service tell me it's a scam too... So BEWARE!!

    got call from a lady name Helen, claiming herself calling from AEON bank, informing that my request to increase my credit card limit is rejected.
    the number shown in my phone was +32 0267949, which is dfft from what i usually get which is +60 3 xxxx xxxx
    she can spell my name n IC number correctly and stupid me did confirm with her  >.< just wondering is there any harm if i confirmed with her my IC number? with our name, ic and phone number can they somehow get money from us using any method???
    she din manage to tell me further 'info' (eg. to call to other number) as i told her i will call her back later.

    Just got a call from Jason Khor (03-20267949). Speaks in fluent Malay and Chinese. Very professional. Was told that I had made an application to increase my credit limit. Then was told that I had used an AEON MasterCard in Singapore for RMXXXXX. All of which didn't happen.

    Then he asked me to make a complaint to "Pusat Pengurusan Card Palsu" (PPCP) and gave the number: 03-27826969. I then told him that I will also make a police report that I received such a call from Jason Khoo. Very quickly he put down the phone! I couldn't call back after. When I used a land line its a fax machine!

    Called the PPCP number and its got a low quality but professional voice answering machine. Selected English and the guy picked up and answered in Malay. When I asked him where this was, he said its Bank Negara. I quickly replied, "Pukul 6pm, Bank Negara masih bukakah? Saya akan repot polis". He replied, "Repotlah, babi!" and put down the phone!

    Beware people! Lots of scams these days!

    Just got call from Mr Tan of Aeon Finance Dept. He told me i already use RM9760.00 in Singapore by using Credit Card , which i didn't apply at all.It was a  SCAM, BEWARE AVERYBODY!! Please report to BNM LINK Pejabat Wilayah and refer to BNM website under Customer Service.
    I already forward a report to them.

    i just received the call from no. +320267949 this morning and told me he was from AEON Credit Service. Informing that my card was used at Sentosa Casino Singapore amounted RM 9760.00. He then asked me to call BNM Pusat Pengurusan Kad Palsu 03-27727300. For the thing to look more real he provide me every detail of the transaction and card number. luckily i found this website so i did not make the phone call to "PPKP". thanks guys..

    Got a call from a Mr Vincent Leong (03-21698888 ext 1106) from Bank Rakyat Credit Card saying that my request for credit limit increase has been rejected. When I said I didn't have a credit card with Bank Rakyat, he asked me to make a call to Bank Negara - Pusat Pengurusan Kad Palsu (03-27727306). The 'Bank Negara officer', Mr Sam, interviewed me. He asked me to mention all my bank account and amount as well as loans so that Bank Negara could know which were really applied by me or other people using my name to obtain assets. Then he said not to tell anyone within 3 days so that they could investigate. After 3 days he said I was cleared and didn't need to pay the outstanding amount of the false credit card.
    Second time a Mr Jimmy Lee 903-21698888) from MBF also called me on 22.09.2010 and said I have a MBF Master Gold Card with them with outstanding amount of RM7350. He asked me to do the same thing as the Bank Rakyat officer. Looking back, I think they want to know information about my assets.

    I learned a lesson to always 'google' (type whatever numbers or info into Google) anything that I feel uncomfortable or distressed about.

    Just received a call from +320267949 informing that they are calling in regards to my request for credit limit increase for my AEON Credit Card. The calles Englist & Malay was so bad that i doubted if it's genuine. Upon checking the received number, found out that it's a scam.

    td pagi masuk keje n call AEON utk cek rekod memang sah sy tak ada sebarang rekod dgn AEON.
    so berhati2 semua...  cuma tgh berfikir samada nak buat repot polis atau tidak. anu sugesstion?

    Asked me to call BNM 03-27884722 #1108
    Informing that my MBf Master Gold card 5440740048701531 applied at Cawangan Sibu Sarawak was used at Jakarta amounted RM 9700.35 which i didn't apply at all.

    Told me about I had applied Bank mbf credit card at the Bank mbf Miri, Sarawak on 27 March 2012 and approved on 19 April  2011 with RM 10 K credit limit. Addreess of application is  sibu, Sarawak.The outstanding balance is RM 8290 which was used at Sentosa, Singapore on 24 April 2012. Now the caller 03-21677722 told me that my identity was used by other and ask me to call Pusat Pengurusan Kad Palsu, Bank Negara 03-27727241 -1168 for investigation.

    thanks untuk maklumat anda. baru i terima 1 pangilan dari TM (1300888123) menyatakan i ada hutang RM 3,000.00 dengan TM dan minta call bank negara 03-27727300 untuk buat laporan. i call mereka dan menyatakan nak buat laporan polis, mereka kata tak perlu. Apabila i check dalam internat i terbaca message kamu dimana no. telefon sama.

    sama case. my husband was almost conned too..he claimed my husband has an outstanding balance of around RM3000 from charging his so called MBF credit card for Unifi service. same number of 03-27727300
