Someone call me pretending to be PBB sayingI have a CC transaction pending that requires my details. I told him not to approved then he got shock saying ..oh ok , I just hang up.

I received a call today from the same number 03-21766000 speaking in Mandarin saying they need my approval for a transaction in KLIA for RM3,680.  I said I do not have any Public Bank credit card. They read out my personal details and I did not confirm if it is correct.  He also insist that I make a report to Bahagian Laporan BNM and they can transfer the line for me. I reject and said I will do it myself.  Please be aware of the scam.

Got a call from this no claiming himself as Thomas Lee Bin Abdullah stating that someone had used my name and ic no to apply loan 70k from PB Seremban Branch. He even connected a call to a sargeant of IPD seremban to have a talk with me.  I hanged up and call IPD Seremban and inquire about this sargeant and turns out to be a scam..

I got a call at 8:45am Monday morning.
A lady mentioned my name to confirm its me.
She said I have not paid my loan with Public bank for 4 months.
Within 2 hours she will send my name to Bank Negara to be blacklisted.
I just said I dont have a loan and hung up. At 9:06 a call came through again, but cancelled by the caller. She must be going through her list of numbers and calling back people she didnt get, and suddenly remembered me I guess.

Call me and say that i have pending 3 months payment for personal loan with public bank seremban(which i don't even have any personal loan. I hang up. He called back. He was angry because i hang up on him. Give me my old  address and ask me to wait.... He will be coming. I hang up on him.

Scammer boleh menyamar pakai nombor yang dia suka, memang la nombor public bank..even diorang boleh guna nombor mahkamah nombor bank bank lain untuk scam orang..so beware lah ye

I have not spoken to their RM. So, is the number from Ambank or Public Bank or just fake?

You called this number and then hung up? Why?

If you get a call from 03-21766000 after an online transaction, this is normally from Public Bank Fraud Detection Center. Only answer if the officer asks if you made a transaction (actual amount). Sometimes, unfortunately, if maybe a spoof number and if they ask you bank details, pin number etc; then just hangup.
