i already told them that i'm going to AKPK this morning....

she know the name of my company and she ask some sensitve question about our work... i think she is a spy on the same industry...she dnt want tell us her name...

I have received a call from this number 03-2273 5205 and the [***] indian guy said his from Pejabat Pendaftaran Saman Negara ( looking for someone ) . After find out this [***] indian from collection agency . I will make a report to bank negara .

Just received this call today ... I suggest who ever have a problem with Credit Card, please go to AKPK to reschedule your account and never use Credit Card any more...

actuaaly..it's from the debt collector..(either ur backdated not paid yet internet bills,phone bills,car loan,ASTRO,etc..that needed to be paid instantly..actually u r blacklisted already..through CTOS..u can check by doin a pretend-to-get-some-loan-from-a-bank...they will run a check first using ur i/c no...then they will say to you that u r not qualified..but don't know why u r not qualified when u asked them...

This idiot lady, 1st identified from Telekom, then passed over to a idiot hooligan man - AMY h/p 014-226-9602 demanding that so-called person by the name of Fong owing some Hong Leong Credit Card and demand for payment or alternative way of settling it.  Their calling number to my handphone 03-22735205, if you try calling back using the fixed line, it will ring but nobody picks up.  Never try to call back using the handphone is re-routed.

Receive some type of call few months back.. Same scenario. Say want to come over n sealed my house..want to stick lelong sign on house..if want further info,call lawyer in bkt bintang...name hj wan 0183177579..did call him n he not aware..he lawyer dealing in housing agmt.. Told him i going to make a police rpt n he also said to be dojng d same..just another way debt coll to make ur live miserable.

Got another call this evening..fr jab pendaftaran saman..in srwk.same isu..nak settle call hj wan..they call using no 08-3177579. Pls take note..girl  name zahra..

Real bulls***t..nothing better to do..i guess this maybe from maybank..bcause one guy come over to my house but i was not around..showed some file to my contractor reparing my house that time..of my dues.. Hv been paying them monthly but i guess maybank not happy with d pymt..want lump sum pymt instead of mnthly..will complaint tu bnm soon.

Cuba bagi tau saya dimana kah dalam akta 56 itu adasecara jelas mengiktiraf kuasa "pengutip hutang" atau bahasa ingeris sebagai "debt collector"? kau pulak tau ke akta kerahsiaan BNM1958, ABIK1989 dan ABI1983.
