One time charge insurance

Claimed to be from Suria Life Care. Said I have insurance with them.

I received one as well. Request for payment.

keep on calling request for termination payment and never request for spouse insurance but she claim that 1 have to pay for 1 year start jan to jun 2018 (something wrong cover for 1 year but end date on jun 2018)

Received the call from them too. request for payment. Otherwise, will blacklist.

Need to pay to QMS Rich Marketing which has no authorization to collect money for insurance/takaful by BNM.

Asked for policy, but they can't produce.

Just received a call from this number too, they said they are under Suria Lifecare for tokio marine insurance. And that I have to pay a one-time rm388. Probed further about the payment method and they said it's via my credit card - to which they asked when is my card expiry date. Didn't reveal it. Such a strange call...

My mom also received call form them and always call and asked payment for penamatan account. Bila minta butir policy tak bagi. Nak tamatkan kenapa kena minta payment lg. Stop sudah la..

Ini scam ke apa mengganggu orang je minta payment penamatan. Insurance lain x pernah plk buat macam ni.

Jadi mcm mana ye? Perlu bayar x?

Already rcvd call with a few different number charge for make payment to stop insurance policies by consiquences years.

Agent spoke already working almost 10 years but when read my address seems like a primary school student.

Saya pun sama.. almost setiap hari menerima panggilan buat byrn utk penamatan insuran.  Rimas betul.  Boleh ke kita buat report polis?

i received a call from 0323821992 guy named Zul from Suria Lifecare Insurance. he claimed i subscribed the insurance and i have to pay RM388 for this year's coverage, and i have been paying the same since last year. he said this insurance came together with Maybank card (what a [***]), last year' pay,emt was made in March 2017. when i asked for specific date he said he has no record. he wanted to confirm address & ic number. when i said i'm hesitant to reveal my info over the phone, he was persistent and said the call was recorded. i still refused to disclose infor and told him if i ever subscribed to such insurance, pls terminate. he gave up and hung up. guys please be careful, scammers are everywhere and all they need is a name & phone number to call. hope this helps.

My case is similar with the commenter above (YAS). I just received calls at +603-2300 4972  and they are rude! Keep calling asking for payment rm388. Her name is FATIN. I said just terminate that insurance. Apa susah. She refused and keep calling me to make the payment. i haven't.

But then someone else call name Adira. She said just one off payment rm497. After made a payment, i received the package with certificate of insurance. So, i think settle la.

And today, I received a call from FATIN asked for payment again. i said, what payment. Berapa kali kena bayar. I have to call bank to block my credit card. This is serious.

i received exactly the same statement. very demanding. so don't bank in anything

Received call from 03-23821993 which caller ID appeared as "Takaful Insurance" claimed that I have an unpaid insurance policy under Tokio Marine applied through her company Suria Life care insurance.  She said this policy comes along when I applied for car loan bank loan medical card or credit/debit card and I have agreed to accept (which i didn't) but cannot provide any proof of application.  She then said i can't terminate the policy because it's already ongoing since last apr 2017, unless I cleared the one time payment rm388.
Takaful Insurance and Tokio Marine never appoint third party to collect payment through phone call.  Beware not to reveal your bank info and not to make any payment if you receive this kind of call.
