semak bayaran courts

Tp bagaimana dengan saya...sedangkan mesin saya yang rosak dan saya sendiri yang menghantar ko courts mammoth untuk tujuan pembaikan..tpi sehingga kini tiada di kembalikan kpd saya slama bertahun tahun saya menunggu sehingga courts mammots cwangan sabah di tutup...tp kini saya di faks pelbagai surat meminta saya membayar hutang...cuba tolong fikir dengan hak saya sebagai pengguna..adakah perlu saya membayar sedangkan mereka sendiri tidak amanah...

Boleh tak kalo pihak peguan nak faks surat tu...boleh tolong sertakan nama lengkap tak...ni asyik nama sendiri tak de nama bapa...dan tolong sertakan juga cop...boleh....untuk memudahkan urusan....

Claimed to be from Euro Prestasi & Partners a lawyer firm ... been calling my HP no using this number 03-23326927 telling me that they are looking for some else (a lady) ... told him/she that i dont know who that person ... asked me since when i use this no ... They also wanted to know my IC and full name so that they can trace from their phone system who's the one calling me ... (stupid excuses) they are the one making the call and wanted me to give my particulars ...
... i refuse to give my detail ... as it got nothing to do with me ... and they were very rude... at first pretend friendly but along the way as they cant get what they wanted they start giving excuses ... "not sure who's the one making the call ... but did asked me "do you take loan with "Court Maut" " ...

What is this??? Is this the way our M'sian system allowing a "Debt Collector" pretending to be from ... and making false statement (claiming as a Lawyer firm) ...

From the way you answer reflected how shallow your knowledge is in legislation. It was clearly highlighted that they are lodging a police report not bcoz of the debt but due to the scam, fraudulant & imposture activities that being carried out during the collection. The debt collector is using all sorts of technics in order to collect the debt till some threw out lots of false statement. That is Y clients felt they are being tricked and lodge the police report.

Should the debt collector felt that they have the right to say anything to clients, vice versa clients do have right to lodge the police reports against them as well. Not very sure whether this kind of activities bridge the new competition act whereby clients privacy being bridge by giving their particular to a 3rd party. May be you guys can try, and u can make a hell out of money should u win this case as the 1st dependance would be Courts Mammoth whilst d 2nd dependance is Euro Prestasi.

Patut la sedara kena buang kerja sebabnya tak berapa cerdik. Seorang kakitangan tidak akan dibuang kerja pasal kes-kes hutang ni.. Malah bangkrap sekalipun kerajaan tak kan buang.. Kalau kerajaan buang awak boleh ambil tindakan perundangan ke atas kerajaan balik.. Sengal la lu ni..

This is their new number. Not sure same company or not.  0186601616 03 40103115. Called up my bosses and head of department say i owe them when i already made full settlement. This is due to courts mammoth request. Then i made a police report and i will proceed with saman malu. Serve them right. Saman saman..i saman u balik baru tahu. Ingat i takut ke. Akta tak akta, i dipihak yg benar. Sapa suruh tak check dulu baru call pengarah. Tunggu la tindakan i yer..

bukan bodek tpi kenyataan....awak xpayah nak tambah dosa mgata org...belum kena batang hidung...boleh ckap besar...:)

SYED TAUFIK- Engkau ni pun mesti dari company yang sama kan. Pencacai company bangang nie. Tak payah nak berdalil...semua yang berhutang tahu nak bayar hutang. Satu lagi...definisi penghutang ialah orang yang tak mampu bayar hutang  dan tak berduit. Tak payah nak berceramah kat sini.

bengong la org2 euro yg post kat sini...sume message sepesen je...skolah x abis kot...xkan sume cite korg same je.....gelak sorg2 gua bace message dah bayar hutang....

Saya tengah berbincang dengan director di courts mammoth untuk membatalkan contract euro prestasi.

Status mereka hanyalah debt collector agency dan bukanlah law firm seperti yang mereka katakan.

Terlampau banyak perlanggaran kontrak telah mereka lakukan dan banyak laporan polis telah dibuat.

hye , EURO PRESTASI is a debt company .. actually i ex staff dia .. dorang buat kerja memang kasar .. i kerja tak sampai sebulan then i berhenti sebab i tak tahn kerja dgn dorang .. dorang bukan lawyer and dorang takde lawyer sendiri .. dorang just debt company sahaja .. dorang banyak makan duit customer .. dia suruh g bayar dkt mbb tapi bukan acc mbb courts mammoth .. tapi personal acc dorang .. harap maklum ..

they not from lawyer .. only debt company .. you also can sue them bcoz usin lawyer name :)

tu kalau ade tanah boleh jual.kalau ade bulu idung je nak setle macamana?
