ring and no speaking within 2 seconds and hangsup itself. Whats the point?

I also received this number everyday, i did not pick up.  Actually i blocked the other numbers 0323836888 previously but now they using 03-23839103.

03-23831100 is also from Citibank, all the numbers from 03-2383xxxx is calling from citibank. Very persistent, after rejected offer saying not interested, 2 weeks later repeat calling again every day if I choose to ignore the call. Sometimes twice a day.

This number called me everyday too!!
