I answered and the other end just hung up.

I got this call 15Mar13 at 12:05 PM.

I answered and a lady said something brief in Chinese (can't make out what was said) and hung up.

This number, and another number 0326015400 (only one digit different) called but once pickup it drops the line (hung up).
Can't call back either the lines always busy - both of them.
Its the third number i encounter giving this kind of manners. Another number is 01548408903 - with very much the same stupidity - called, then hung up and if we call back - its ALWAYS busy. Maybe busy scanning and calling other numbers to do the same freaking sh*t.
