Agree, aeon credit customer care r very rude. They will chase u like a loan shark... hate it, call once or twice to remind no issue but they will call us like as if we wanna lari. [***] 'em laaa. When we lapse, they'll charge us high penalty interest so y keep bugging us... u ppl still making money even when r late making da payment. And they tend to blackmail when we fail to pay on time.

I have experienced the same thing with this Rude Company. I manage to get rm4k loan but as usual only owned about 3.6k and pay them back rm5.7k,interest macam bugimak.  so I was having issues financially where my payment was tertangguh 2 bulan. Previously before start paying, I personally mentioned to them to Auto-debit from my salary for the payments every month as I am working everyday having offday on Sundays and cannot equip time on weekdays to go over to them to pay and Sundays of course, I want to rest after a long week. So,what happen was, No.1.They didnt get my autodebit done. No.2.I fill in the forms that I will got my salary cleared every month on the 5th/6th day of the month as I am using cheque,but they say will start deducting on the 2nd day of the month TAPI AUTO DEBIT AKU DORANG TAK BUAT.  No.3. calls will start from 28th day hujung to remind you to pay for it walhal dah cakap 2nd day of the month byrn. No.4 Debt collectors yang sangat kurang ajar. I am working in an education line and I am not fond of speaking in a bad high pitch tone even to this people debt collectors. But the way they ask "kenapa you tak byr lagi?!!" "you cakap nak bayar!" "apa susah sgt nak bayar?!!!". I realized my fault of not paying the loans on time but they need to at least learn courtesy. I wont option for them if i wasn't having trouble with financial that time and they need to know, Among the people they called to ask for debt payment to be settled might borrowed personal loan from them for their family who is sick or for treatment for God knows what. Being rude doesnt make people wanna pay you. I have warned a few of them to be "jangan kurang ajar dengan saya.." where I told them slowly and they slowed down their voice pitch. I realised they have work to do but I think this debt collectors should have learnt to be more affectionate. Do job with love,nurture the people that owe you money,not by smacking them up and pull the [***] out of their minds by screaming and yelling in phone. That method is not working. Thanks, I rest my case!

yeah...they call on Sat n Sunday too...sucks...disturbing people even on Sunday....

Seeiously debt collector aeon credit sgt rude.. Today i received call from 1 of the staff name FIKRI.. The way he talk, aiiyoooo!! Siap ugut nak dtg my office n nak jumpa pengarah.. Hutang i rm2.7k roughly.. Siap cakap, "sy pernah buat org kena buang kerja n tanggung hutang".. Saya dah bgtau akan buat full settlement dalam masa terdekat.. Tapi diorg memang tak boleh sabar kan..😓😓😓
