- Ms.MRM replies to ting tong| 24 repliesDiorg ni cari customer utk kempen diorg punye insuran.Saya pemegang polisi untuk Takaful PA Smart Pro Plan.Every month diorg deduct RM50 dari akaun saya.Baru2 ni dalam 2 mggu lps,diorg call sy lagi.kali ni diorg kempen utk Takaful Health Pro Plan.Lps dgr diorg cite pjg,saya setuju utk terima plan tu sbb saya sangkakan bila saya dah ada polisi baru,polisi yang lama tu dah terbatal sbb kedua-dua plan tu benefit dia seakan2 sama je.Plan yang baru ni dia buat deduction RM 71 sebulan.baru smlm diorg buat deduction dari akaun saya.tapi yg buat saya jadi hairan,kenapa diorg still deduct RM 50 dari akaun saya?Saya dh mula jadi suspicious.saya cuba call no yg diorg bg 03-26143566,tapi bila saya call byk kali,line dia asyik busy.saya pun call no.customer careline dia dan saya berckp dgn staf dia yg bernama HAJAR.Selepas dia explain semuanya,rupa2nya saya dah ada 2 polisi.Bila saya fikir balik,takkan saya nk buat 2 deduction dalam akaun saya dlm sebulan?RM121 tu!lepas tu saya tanya dia mcm mana cara nak buat cancellation utk polisi tu.Dia cakap kalau saya cancel polisi Takaful PA Smart Pro tu,duit saya takkan dipulangkan,tapi utk polisi Takaful Health Pro Plan tu duit saya akan dipulangkan sekiranya saya buat cancellation dalam tempoh sebulan dari tarikh saya terima dokumen polisi yg diorg hantar.Polisi tu saya masih belum terima lagi sebab hajar ckp dia baru hntr dlm mggu ni.So,tadi saya dah hantar emel utk buat cancellation utk takaful Health Pro Plan.Emel saya pun diorg dah respon.diorg ckp diorg akan ambil tindakan segera di atas permintaan saya tu.Jadi pada sesiap yg rs nk cancel diorg punye polisi,blh la emel kat wecare@cimb.com.Tapi no refunded la!Yg baru buat tu,masih ada masa nk cancel,tempohnya sebulan dari tarikh korang terima polisi yg diorg hntr tu.Yg reply emel saya tu nama dia Dylan Chow Keen Yung.
- HornbillI also received the same call last few days from Ms. Putri Nor Jaslia. I dont trust her. Because she keep persuade me and keep asking me to sign up the plan IMMEDIATELY. I told her directly i cannot simply trust you, can i search the plan online?? she said there is no information online. but at the end of the call (we talk about 30 minutes) she asked me to check at www.cimb.com.my/personalbanking/wealthmanagement/bancassurance. Go to telemaketing product. What i can see is Takaful PA smart protection plan. so , i asked her to call me back after 3 days as i cannot decide right now. When i ask her how and where to claim the money and she said just call customer care line 03-26143566 and they will let you know. When she doesnt know how to answer my question, she will ask me to call the line. So , how to trust??
Unless got policy holder tell me that they can claim for the money. I rather spend the money buy other policy at least got agent can help me to claim when i am in a critically condition.

- brandoni have answered this number 03-20366555 from takaful he name i cant remember to long, explained to me benefits of cimbbank takaful like rm450,000 for per year coverage and Rm70 per-month, end up i said i check at website i get back to you he say can log in cimbbank.com.my, consumer service, insurance, i say ok i call you back, you cant contact me this is Telemarketer we will call you back after 2 day..........i log in cimbbank.com.my totally don have such thing~~~~ i think cannot be trusted !!!!
