Same here. Toyota HQ. Asked on whether I've done d airbag replacement thingy...which I did a month earlier.

Would not answer.

Called in 3/12/18, early.morning 8am. I didnt answer the call. Suspended scam.

Got call 7 times by this number. Didnt answer that call.

Same today this morning,2 times she called...i dont know if really from toyota,they can just give us an email,i kena scam few times already

Also got call from this no. But I did not accept the call. Is it from Toyota? OMG! My car just local Malaysian brand... Not TOYOTA! So glad I ignored the call. Wasting my time.. *sigh*

I got this call in the morning. The caller was from Toyota & help me to make appointment for free airbag check & service at Toyota shop nearby my house. Thank you very much I got my airbag change for free.

may i know where to do airbag replacement, i did not answer the call as i suspect it was a scam

Received call from this number claiming is from TOYOTA after service survey.. Asking how is the service centre, whether the staff is helpful or not? Whether satisfy with the service provided.. Strangely they know my full name, car plate number, car model, date of service.. After answering few questions, i felt suspicious and cancel d conversation.

this number called me in the afternoon at 02:11pm on 01.06.2023. She was so impatient and I'm not good in English, even she knew of it still she not use the simple term to talk to me or she didn't even get me a Chinese speaking customer service. (Even those who bought a Toyota car doesn't mean she can speak English well)
