Not sure what is the purpose for. Called to inform that the credit card outstanding balance will be waived if i die? Do we need agreement on this?

Call me several times a day and everyday the same pattern. I did not manage to answer because the pattern they call like only ring for just 2x ringing then they drop the call. Very suspicious. So now I just blocked the number. But still received the SMS - miss call alert mention miss call from this number. Seems like they like a robot system that every generate the call. MCMC should investigate this, it is very suspicious.
