received call from this number during lunch time sorry im having my lunch that time so dont bring phone

TM Debt Collector...I started to complain back to the caller that the account is not mine and I have lodged multiple complaints with TM.....the caller just hung up on me

Scam said: Today the legal process we will proceed under company name and your name for the service line include  (umobile , max , digi , celcom &etc) will be suspend by today . please refer the contact number to avoid the legal action.

Claimed to be from TM, but i read from TM website
NEVER transfer payments to personal accounts or companies that claim to represent or act on behalf of TM.

I used to have debt, but already settle at TM, But this number still calling even in public holiday. So it's scam.

BODOH punya SCAMMER. Nasib baik TAK ANGKAT sebab terlalu busy. BENGONG.

Have been receiving calls from this so called TM representatives stating I've got outstanding payment yet to settle. Funny that I have stopped using any TM related services for years. Blocked few numbers but they still approached me with different numbers with the same contents. Now I have been annoyed with all these scams.

Caller claimed from Telekom Bangsar.
Called saying there's debt from Telekom from year 2010 (13 years ago).
I asked for letter of demand, proof of service and proof of debt, they say they will send me by WhatsApp. Very unprofessional.
Argued, called again the next day, malay guy, impolite and impatient.
Said will proceed with court, I said, go ahead. See if the court will entertain a 13 years old debt.
Told them I'll make an official complaint to Bank Negara Malaysia(BNM), MCMC, and if they continue to call more than 3 times a month, I'll make an official complaint report at police station.
Always record your conversation, ask for name and company, don't panic, ask for proof, if they can't provide, make formal complaint to the above 3 government department.

People should take advice from someone who cannot do simple math?  2010 would be 12 years not 13.
