No yang sama call aku baru aje pagi tadi kul 10am. Perempuan melayu tanya aku, aku dah buat pembayaran utk account astro atau tak. Aku ckp dah buat, kemudian dia tanya aku pembayaran dibuat melalui apa, aku pun ckp balik apsal pulak pihak Astro nak tahu? Kalau dah bayar, diorang sendiri boleh tahu dibayar melalui apa dan bila. Kemudian dia sound aku balik, diorang dari Astro nak kemas kini data dlm system, aku pun sound balik, aku bukan tahu pun diorang dari Astro atau bukan(time tuh) dan soalan diorang tak masuk akal dan confirmed bukan dari Astro.

Pastu dia cakap, kalau encik taknak bagi kerjasama tak apalah. Aku pun letak.

Bebal punya pompuan, takde adab. Rasa nak tempeleng aje muka dia. Biadab.

TGS is a debt collector, an agent assigned by the bank. They need to follow all the guidelines when asking payment;
1. Tidak boleh kasar2 apabila meminta hutang
2. Tidak boleh mengugut utk membunuh atau sebagainya.
3. Tiada panggilan dibuat kepada pelanggan selepas jam 9 malam.
4. Panggilan tidak boleh dibuat lebih daripada 4 kali dalam sebulan.
5. Tidak boleh menghubungi talian pejabat sekiranya si penghutang telah menulis surat rasmi kepada syarikat pemungut hutang sekiranya si penghutang tidak mengkehendaki berbuat demikian.

If they don't follow these rules, do report them direct to the Bank Negara Malaysia. They cannot beyond their powers.

I used to work here in TGS & partners for around 4-5 years and was part of the so called "management" team.  It is a debt recovery agency for banks, Telco and some commercial sector.  They used to be the biggest recovery agency in Malaysia with a staff force around 150 but it slowly dwelling down to less than 80 due to the company structure and  management.  What you read in the comments are true, they get 10-20% commission in every dollar they have collected and all staffs are depending on the commission as the basic is around rm1.2k to 1.5k.  They work 7 days a week and even on Chinese new year, raya, deepavali, xmas etc etc.  Like what informer mentioned, they are regulated by BNM ruling under bafia acts.  if you think you are being harassed or blackmailed, launch a complaint with the bank or Telco that you have outstanding and if the debt recovery denied of such action, demand for the voice logger recording, they have to provide it for the bank or Telco to listen and if they do not have the recording, there goes one of their compliance issue.  I worked there and I know how those recovery officer methodologies and tactics and trust me, they never use their real name, all the names are made up.  They told you that they will make polis report against you, its bullcrap, sita your house or barang, yes they can do but it cost the bank over 4-5 thousands in legal and it will took 6 to 12 months to materialised the sita process, so they won't take the risk.  If you need more info, let me know in here so I can explained more...hope this help...cheers!!!
