MAXIS customer service ; in my case persuading me not to port out to Celcom.

I went to Celcom and request to port out from Maxis, surprisingly I received a call from Maxis today and offer me Maxis One Plan 158 at a price of RM68 (currently I'm using Maxis One Plan 128).

Maxis only knows how to appreciate their customers when a competitor arise. I wanted to opt out of Maxis to Celcom and 3 times it was rejected with a reason that my respond YES didn't reach them. When I called they said my Samsung phone don't support premium messages. very funny. They tried calling my number when I was getting ready to work. Now they should understand, options are varieties

get this call after decided to leave maxis. Called 3 times and I didn't answer the calls. I'm so happy that finally I leave the cekik darah plan ever!

received a call from this number for few times a day, not sure who it's from because i never pick up calls from unknown numbers unless my guts telling me to.
