they have been plaguing me as well because my regular mortgage payment reached them after 5pm on the correct day... a quick look at my records should show them I've never missed a payment in 10 years.

Landmark wrote to them 3 times with reasonable solutions but rejected now threatened with field agent. Just let them turn up on my doorstep

I paid my mortgage on 31st last month, but it was a Saturday 🥴 Had 2 calls since but left unanswered. This has happened once before (in15 years!) I asked the lady if she couldn’t find something more productive to do? 🤣
