I received an automated call from this number on 8 July 2017 (just before 8:00 pm). The voice claimed it was Barclays' Fraud Protection Centre or something and asked me to call this number asap. Well, I didn't because I feared it could be a scam. I made a note of it and was going to ring the central number I have for Barclays to check or visit a branch. I then googled the number and there you have it: it's a SCAM!!

I have had this number phone several times so I have just phoned Barclays bank to confirm it is one of theres and YES IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY BARCLAYS BANK IT IS ONE O9F THERE NUMBERS

My father has been called 3 times today by this number. He waited till I saw him after I finished work, we called Barclays and this is definitely  a scam.

This number called me 4 times! No message left. Beware!

Barclays tell me this is NOT one of their numbers;  this is a scam.

My wife received a call claiming this was Barclays Fraud Line. We phoned Barclays direct and they phoned the number on our behalf - recipient claimed they get a lot of calls to their number.
Barclays advised it is a Scam and urged us to report as such. Police should be involved.

It’s a scam. I know every now and then someone writes on here or other forums it’s legit. But really????

It’s a big fat Scam

Barclays ain’t going to ring you !

Just received calls Saturday ad today plus messages saying they blocked one suspicious payment for a Pylates class, which I have no idea what it is. I called Barcklays CS and blocked my debit card immediately.

I received 4 phone calls from this number today (0333 202 7462) . I googled it and read what other people had to say . I believe it's a scam  number  so I never answered my phone.  I think these people who do it are  very disgusting.  I've been with  Barclays for many years and never once received a phone call from them
