there must be because you got OUTSTANDING BILL. with any TELCO,MMU,UUM or COURTS MAMMOTH. even if its over 10 years. if u xde hutang nama u xkan ada pada mereka.  SIMPLE AS THAT, YOU XDE HUTANG NAMA U XKAN ADA PD MEREKA. so pd mereka yg ada HUTANG YOU CANT BLAME THEM IF THEY CALL YOU AND ASK YOU TO PAY. eg: u guna line digi tp no tu dh potong but they call and said u still ada baki. so BAKI itu terjadi kerana. u terminated before the due date. kalau BILL kita GUNA DAHULU BAYAR KEMUDIAN. lets say i terminated 15/11/11 and bill time tu 300++. so 300++ tu ialah amount yg digunakan frm the previous mon bermaksud bill bulan 10. bill bulan 11 belum kluar lg sbb xcukup sebulan. so dp 1-15/11/11 belum dibayar lg. bill itu hanya akn keluar pd hujung bulan. AND mostly bill selalu ada plan which is if u amik plan 150/mon guna ke x guna u still kena byr that amount. So baik guna prepaid je. KITA BELI DULU GUNA KEMUDIAN.

and to those yg pernah belajar dgn MMU. u guys org berpelajaran betol x. kerja bagus2. tp knp blh ada hutang dgn MMU? knp ms dpt scholarship dulu x terus bayar tuition fees or other fees? there must be wrong somewhere right. so jgn terus nak judge yg mereke2 ni SCAMS or PENIPU. renung2 kan and selamat berfikir jalan penyelesaian nya.

1 more thing, klu hutang yg depa mintak tu dh lama/lapuk more than 6 years technically according to law depa dh xleh bring court action against you dh sbb dh expired..coz according to malaysian law any kind tort or contract breach must be brought to court within 6 years after that dh xlaku dh hehehe...

Get called up on this number and claimed that it is from Law Firm 03-41414141.
Very unhappy they have all my info, and claimed that I have outstanding bill which is never exist!
Worried about my personal safety and other virtual safety since they have all your details. Quite pissed off about this!!
I call up and check there will nothing outstanding.
Doubt about the validity about the company.

This time they are kind of smarter as the caller said that he is calling from a courier company and want to confirm my address as the requester want to send me something. At first, I am not suspicious as I am expecting a parcel and though the address written in the parcel is not clear. But too bad that he asks if I still staying at my previous address. Once he asks that, I become suspicious and questioned him back if it is a parcel or letter he wants to send to me. He says that it is a letter and asks again if I am staying at my childhood address. This gives me a very uncomfortable feeling and more suspicious. Then, I question him who is the sender of the letter. He smartly answers that he do not know as the letter is not with him and his job is to confirm the address. Well, he thought that by saying so, I will give him my current address which he try to ask. But I inform him to check who is the sender and call me back. He says he will check with the person who is holding the letter and let me know. But no call from him after that. Not sure if he will call tomorrow. If I see this number tomorrow, I will block it.

I received called from this number and they claimed that MMU said i have not paid one of the paper
Ironic part is that I have graduated and its already 10 years!

I have explained to them that in order to graduate, i have to have my clearance form signed by all parties in MMU and the fact that I have graduated means I have cleared all my payment and completed all my papers

How do you solve you problem? They are now calling me every now and then

my advice, just ignore them...it has been 10 years....even if you really are in debt they can't take action and bring it to court since the case expires after 6 years without sufficient correspondence...just chill sis they can't do nothin'
