Baru sat ni aku terima call dr Hj Kamarudin...berderau darah bila dia kata waran tangkap dah keluar. Aku saja2 check kt internet ada ke kes Court Memmoth sampai camni...bila baca kes korang ni, sama cam aku, baru tau citer sebenarnya...aku pun sama cam en Jebat...tp takde le sampai org tua bayarkan....

Dah bayar banyak tahun dulu. Surat hijau release dari courts pun dapat masa.
Tapi dah pindah sana sini. Baru minggu ni call kata dari Peguam then nak charge menipu courts
Aku call courts bahagian collector. Cakap nama dah submit bahagian legal. Kena call 0340268624
Bahagian ni pulak cakap memang kena bayar. Bila surfing2 rupanya 0341495700 ni collector. TUAN HAJI KASSIM la sangat!!! Sms dok hantar bertubi2.
Contact courts nak tanya dia suruh contact orang ni. Contact org ni nak tanya..dorang suruh bayar! Jadi???

haji ke hajah ke tak payah nak menyamar mai kasi alamat rumah tengok betul ke haji ke hajah asal yang kau jilat sangat dengan kompeni yahudi ini.

Semua yang dapat call dari diorang nie mempunyai sebab yang sama iaitu pernah berhutang dan mungkin x pernah bayar hutang tersebut.. so jangan lah marah kalau diorang call.. sendiri mau tau tanggungjawab la ..

Funny is i just got sms from this number to urgently call this TUAN BAHARIN person.

Again, the funny part is inever did nor purchase anything from Courts, considering their reputation.

So sorry that your shallow mentality couldn't work it ways. Even if it from a debt collector agency, they are bound to the law.

From what i see, they break more law than those people who own the money from Courts. And not to mention there's a report where they have con these people and continue harrasing them using those BIG word like WARRANT, ARREST, POLICE etc and big shot title like some holy man of the holiest of all.

Really funny this Malaysian people, no courtesy at all.

Yes i admits it i got some amount but just found out its RM497. The courts send letter if i late paying..2007 when economy down i had issue and fail to pay the installment. yup my fault but within a year or 9 month exactly i start pay until the balance is as i know is already finish.after 3 years..suddenly I know it got balance when before Christmas on 23/12/13 my father receive a phone calls and sms asking my name and ask me to pay. My father knew me and he just notice me last sunday.He know this sound ridiculous. With long sms..blablabla..claiming as Hj. Mahadi from Jabatan Undang-Undang (yeah rite jabatan my ass!..we can report this as they threatened & misused the agency name & report them as impost-er or  police or lawyer) the weird things is the courts acc.no is only my I.C number...i know that because im dealing with Courts Mammoth before.When i continue pay the debt.

i agree with sub zero - they out ruled more by manipulating,cheating people as long their job complete..there`s is no ethic & professionalism is not there.I will visit courts mammoth soon but not now.. just to make sure issit im still on debt after 3 yrs or its just they lazy to update the document and just use that old document..what a lame..people should stop buying, doing installment from courts. AEON is better even the KawanKu is better.I purchase aircond RM2k ++ finish it in 7month just 4th month late pay the staff politely calls and give the notice professionally. That the 1st and the last i buy from courts.

i believe the company is the same company : i never call the numbers.but few years back the debt collector is rude & cocking but different no. if im not mistaken.

This is a call from debt collector. If you are willing to pay then just pay your debt any amount will do. If you think you have been cheated & dont deserve to pay, ask to them proceed with the police report and ask them to bring the case to the court, anyway they won't do this by any chance.
