Thats a DHL call centre number

Received a voicemail from "DHL" asking me to call this number to pay charges on a shipment from China. Correct waybill number given, but caller spoke a variant of Indian Business English studded with phrases meaningless to an average British English speaker: "HMRC have set in mind", "it all duty and VAT charging", "to normal, kindly get back to us", and the best one "outstanding amount payable is a [my name]". I ignored the call. Two days later the shipment showed online as collected, and I received an SMS from DHL with the URL of a genuine DHL website on which I made payment, which immediately showed up as paid on a separate DHL tracker page.

DHL Hong Kong may have subcontracted the collection of charges at the earliest possible moment to a (probably) genuine Indian call centre, but I'm classing it as dangerous because it's unwise to give your card details over the phone to an unknown person you can't be certain is actually a DHL employee.
