    All posts suggest this is a scam and that is certainly a possibility.  However, be safe.  Call the number on your card to make sure it is not a fraud alert.  Again, I'm not advocating that you trust this text message nor that you call the number it gives you.  Rather, call the number on your card.  Some banks and CC companies use third party fraud alert systems to warn customers of potentially fraudulent charges.  If it's a scam, you've lost nothing but a few minutes of your time.
