it is Shariq Partners call for debt. their client cimb, standard chartered, celcom, citibank and ambank.

They are no lawyer. They are just a bunch of
debt collection agency pretend to be law firm to scare the debtor.

They will got their commission if the debtor paid to the bank. Dont pay as they request , ignore them. Go to the bank and do deal direct payment with the bank itself to settle all or a part of your debt.

Again, they just act like law firm for the bank but in reality they are just a bunch of crook. Yes, the bank itself fsmofo too.

[***] calls me as early as 9am. Tiuniamachauhai la. Debt collector! In no way are u obligated to to entertain them or accept their repayment offers. If u are jobless and unable to pay, please contact bank directly and inform of ur circumstances. By law, if u are unemployed, the bank has to accept a reasonable monthly amount towards repaying ur debt, example:Rm100 a month

Received a missed call from 03-62547396. Called back & the lady (sounds like an indian lady) said that it's shaariq & partners which deal with bank related matters.

This is a scam ether trying to get info from you or trying to scam you. I have no issues with any banks, been keeping my record clean ever since I started working. So, this definitely is a scam as bank will not use a 3rd party to contact you on financial matters.

If we accidentally give our last 4 digits IC then only notice it might be scammed called and put down the phone. What would happen? No other info given out other than that.

Pretending as a law firm as they make confused with their company name. Actually they are debt collector. [***] company. My advise better dealing straightforward with bank. If they does not make harassment or provocation maybe i will tolerated with them. but when they admit as a law firm and tried to make a fool with me...machibai...get lose.

They aren't law fir. They are debt collector company.

How does this caller have my number. And they know my name. And asking for four digit last numbers on IC and claiming they are Citibank

Received early calls from 9am. Saying call on behalf citibank. Ask for last 4 digit IC. Didn't give and just hang up.

They sent urgent letter door to door nowadays. Luckily I’m not at home,and my family received this letter from a guy😅

Scammer. Called me about my debts UOB. The thru i dont have any credit card from pass 10 years. And all fully settled already
