Receive the same call today from 03 9202 0663 and 03 28563938. Did the same  mistake did not google before proceeding and the way they talk on the phone is like the insurance is from Maybank and its ending bla bla bla. And I received a SMS on my phone saying they deducted RM599 from 011 36967898. Question is why our so important data is with a 3rd Party that I have never heard of ??

Received the same call from Jyha Mohd Nazreen. I have been ignoring her phone calls from phone numbers 0374914229/0147284468/0147284064. Answered today and she said the same as other stories above that I had signed up for this insurance in 2014 as a package with my credit card. Asked for my address details to deliver the new policy. Requested my nama waris and also car plate number. and then at the end of the call she told me about that RM599 which i did not agree to pay since I couldn't recall signing any insurance policy with this Crystal company. Then she sound disappointed with me questioning and ended the call after saying Thank You. Has anyone lodge a police report or even had their credit cards charged because of this call?

Just happened to me, forgot to google the number first. Same thing, ask for waris, car plate no. They knew all our information, which means someone in the bank is selling out our info coz up until now i only have one credit card. It sound so legit that i actually tot it was real.

After the call, then straight google number and found this post. Called bank and they confirmed that they do not have any affiliate with this i crystal company. So the bank blocked my card n will replace a new one to me.

Yesterday my wife got this so call I Crystal company. She accidently give our family detail including my full name and plat number. she call local bank and inform her that they didnt hired third party for insurance. double check her credit she got deduct RM599 from her credit card. This is a scam. Our son just have the heart operation last week and this happen to us. Shame on this company. My wife will call this I Cyrstal to have her money back or she will report the police.

To those who already report to the police, did you got your money back?

Received a call from this woman called Anis from Crystal Bridge too. She knew my full name..ic..address...also saying that I had agreed to receive the protection in 2014...request to verify my master card number..giving first 4 digits are correct ...surprisingly ...want me to tell them the rest of the 12 digits on card...their tactic is keep on bugging you ...received 10 calls from them in a day please give warning to them ...please do not call this number again before I report to police!!!

Received this call from ICrystal rep, Juliana (actually its Crystal Bridge based on CC transaction) using the number 03-28563938 last month claiming that i have agreed to take the PA in 2013. They charged RM599 to my CC without my consent. Filed a dispute with my CC provider and cancelled the card. CC provider reversed the charge after 2 weeks (thanks god).
Today i received another call from them (03-74992731) asking why i filed for a dispute on the charged. I asked them to provide proof on my agreement in 2013 on which the girl cannot give. I hung up the phone after i ask her to speak to the officer in charge as i have lodged a police report against them after the incident last month.
Please hang up after they introduce that they are from ICrystal or Crystal Bridge to avoid the headache of filing the dispute, cancelling the card and lodging police report.

Filed a dispute with your CC provider. Fill up the form and submit to them.
Then lodged a police report so the case can be investigated.
Got the charge reversed by my bank in 2 weeks. The investigation is still ongoing.

Im waiting for them to call me again, I have my recorder standby each time

Yeah. I should do the same. Lets see if they still want to harass us for filing a dispute and filing a police report against them. I wonder why they are not getting arrested for scamming people.

For anyone who has been fraudulently charged by this company, please file a dispute to you CC provider immediately.
The dispute must be filed within 2 months from the posted date.
After filing the dispute please make a police report so they can be investigated and to guarantee the refund will be done by Crystal Bridge.
It is about time these scumbags get a taste of their own medicine.

I just got a call from crystal bridge today. They seems to know my first 12 numbers of credit card  and requested the last 4 from me. And they seems to know my name, address and HP number. Subsequently got a SMS from Ambank saying rm599 been deducted. Just filed a dispute with Ambank. What shud I do next?

Jon, your case is similar to the rest of us.
The first thing you have to do is call Ambank to have your cc canceled and replaced with a new one, with a new cc number.
File a dispute with Ambank to make Crystal Bridge reversed the charge.
Make a police report so they can be investigated.

I do all the above and managed to get the charges reversed.
Do let us know the development of your case.

Most probably they have insider that provide them with our details.
If all fails, canceled the cc from Ambank and close the account. Move to a more secure bank.

Happen to my dad, he reviced a called from 0174777849 calling from CRYSTAL BRIDGE KUALA regarding his HLB Creadit Card insurance, At first my dad was rejected and telling the caller his do not need it. But the caller said the insurance has brought when he applied HLB CC, and the first year was FOC. Now is second year if my dad want to cancel need to settle the premium RM 599.

I suspect now they will using cellphone to call.
