I received a call (twice) today from the same number 03-74945000. Unfortunely I was unable to answer as I was driving. When I reached home, I google for the number and I got this page. After reading all the comments, I decided to return the call just to know who the culprit is. The same happened, the number was not in service... its funny.

I'm sure its not from ASTRO as I never register my mobile with Astro.

Astro stop calling...its irritating.

just get the call from this number, its Astro...offering me a package of 2nd decoder for additional rm50 into my account...free installation and free upgarding 1st decoder into PVR. i had no interest on the 2nd decoder in my house(i live in apartment, what da heck i need 2 unit of astro and TV's? UNLESS they told me the 2nd decoder can install at another house with full package as my current package and free installation too..

it is debt collector...

yeah...it is debt collector....ASTRO is the culprit who give the number to the debt collector..This person will call and act like they are from Astro . Once get information they will come and attack.

Identify themselve from Astro, TOTALLY FREE upgrade from exisitng Astro decoder to PVR (has recording function) for totally free. No cost at all, no hidden charge and said only selected customer got such privileged.

Get 3 information, your Surname, IC number and address. and said technician will contact me within 2 weeks for the installation. if not, need to call back this number 0122562859 (salma). So good? im doubt.

yeah..just got a misscall from this number..as i'm currently waiting for the call from bank regarding my car loan.same situation with you guys, when i'd called back.the number wasn't in service..what the hell??

They call just now... represent them self as Astro caller. Inform they will not support the old decoder anymore. request upgrade to beyond for free with life time warranty but need to pay extra RM20 monthly for a year.
I just said. You just call me went astro offer to change the decoder for free without any additional commitment what so ever.or if the decoder kaput and you need charge me so I'll terminate the acc  sorry bye2.
