yes, how did our information leaked?!! today i received a call from this number as well. they say they are from TM credit and they ask me if i know a person with a certain name and i am shocked! i don't know who is the person that they mentioned. it seems that somebody just simply put down my name and telephone number in the form when they apply for TM service line as the person of reference. I have no debt with them and i don't know the person who have debt with them. Oh my gosh! if they are debt collectors or ah long style and your name got simply used as reference, that would be so dangerous. I don't know how my info got leaked like that. Anyway, there is "Personal Data Protection Act" that was established in 16th May 2011. But i don't know who leaked the info and thus i can't report it and do they really enforce it cuz the crime incidences nowadays are super high in many area, robberies, scams etc that the "enforcer" just about given up already.......

i just got this call and when i answer it no body talking

The call is from TM as claimed. I'm not sure. But they call my house every month to remind me to pay my TM bill. TM staff are so free and has nothing to do. I told them not to call again as I paid every month, still they are calling every month. I don't know are they calling from the collector company or not but the person say is from TM. Bodoh betul! I didn't them owe the money....I don't answer this call anymore ..ask them go to fly kite. I will cut off TM line and streamyx next month.

My aunty just called me and informed me that she too has been receiving numerous calls from this num and there is no one on the other end. I guess looking at the company profile for Kudrat, their telemarketing team for credit dept collection dept is just simply calling any number from their database to hit their call target. As you know many call centre's for dept collection has revenue collection and daily call target that needs to be achieved for their staffs.

A girl call me and said that June bill streamyx hv not yet settled.

She try to find out who PIC. My account had been terminate two years and bill completed settled.

TM leak the customer information and totally not pro.

Saya pun dapat panggilan macam ni dan nombornya ialah 0378824346..bila call balik terus putus...ni nak ingatkan kalau sipemanggil tu terbaca komen kita semua ni supaya jangan segan2 nak bagitahu pasal apa nak call-call macam tu..kebetulan bil TM saya bulan ni pun lambat bayar dan tertunggak..maybe mereka nak bagi nasihat tapi segan agaknye..

Kenapa nak di selindungkan identiti kalau itu berkaitan perkara yang formal..buat kerja kena ikhlas la wahai pemanggil misteri..

itu panggilan dari debt collector...
sesiapa yang di panggil sebenarnya ada tunggakan dari pinjaman atau kad kredit.
diorang di lantik oleh pemberi pinjaman untuk mendapatkan baki tunggakan
diorang akan dapatkan by hook or by crook...
kadang kadang diorang tak dapat maklumat yang kita dah bincang dengan pemiutang..
jadi diorang keep calling sampai diorang dapat.
saya juga dapat call...
saya abaikan atau block nombor tu
bukan sebab nak lari bayar hutang, tapi saya bayar ansur ansur tunggakan..
once dah habis tunggakan, diorang akan berhenti...

yes.. untuk pengetahuan korang semua, tm tak share database atau jual maklumat secara rasminya..
tapi kemungkinan adanya "orang dalam" dalam mana mana sektor yang ada maklumat peribadi kita

today i got 2 miss calls from 037882436 and 037882438. yesterday ; 037882435. i google it and what? debt? oh god i never been on debt- except with my close friends only and yeah they're not  rich enough to hire a debt collector lol. btw did you notice the last number? 5 ; 3 ;  8.  Number 7 is missing hahah myb they call another numbr afr that XDDD All nmbr in front r same wht thats meannn?

Just hoping someone or somebody whatever will do something!
