I called number back it is ORC international . Left a message and told them not to call me again and then blocked number

I kept getting calls where people would call me then hang up straight away, its a marketing company checking to see if your phone is active, so they get do market research, I added them to the auto reject list and now I get voicemail with indistinct talking in the background

Well, Well, Well, here's an interesting coincidence. We won a three night stay at a time share resort, the only thing you needed to do was attend a short, no obligation, presentation about time share.Two days after I booked the dates, I get a call from this number. They say that they were from Australian tourism and wanted to do a brief survey, I went along with the survey until they asked me what my income was. Alarm bells started ringing. Who might be the real people doing this "survey".

This number called twice this week. The guy said he works for the Australia government and he would like to do a survey and he would record the survey. I told him that I didn't want to answer the survey and the government has my email address and could send me a link for the survey. The guy said the survey could be done only by phone. Then, I answer I'm not doing it.

Scam call pretending to do surveys to try to gather as much sensitive info as they could.
Block them,  dont answer

Persistent caller. No message. This is a scammer checking to see if a number is live.

I received 2 calls - I answered one and girl said she was doing a survey on health and lifestyle on behalf of Aust Govt.  I told her I would never give information over the phone as I could not verify her identity.  When I asked her their website she said 'engineroom.com' I hung up, blocked call and looked at website - Live Event Management site

Unsolicited "survey" call. They apparently ignore the "do not call" list. Block them.
